My neighbour just told me his story:

He made 5 million dollars in 10 years.

But he spent all the money and saved nothing ...

He warned me that Chinese is doing right!

They save most of the money for being old and only spend a little.

 

It is not that simple just about money ...

Know

what you love to do,

what you are good at,

what is the opportunity, 

and how to work the way out,

living a life with a positive way, attitude and philosophy.

 

Out of school, a tough world is showing up ...

Arthur is going to Fiji on October 1st.

He is so happy with his new life there!

No lanes, no speed limit and playing with wave, jumping up and down ...

Arthur's neighbours in marina are cool.

The Rick on the left built his boat bottom up for 17 years.

His profession is to build industry boxes and rent them out.

The interior of his boat is amazing.

The wood work, details and all the accessories ...

 

The Jim on the right is going out to hunt tuna for 2 days.

He looked so excited when he was talking that tuna is coming very soon ...

 

In the end of the slip is another guy Brian whom I did not meet yet.

He runs the world's famouse surf and water sport shop ...

 

When I talked to Arthur that I want to make a movie out of the harbor life,

he said the people here are famouse guys from all over the world ...

movie star, bosses ...

You would be warmly welcomed into any party on the deck.

But they want to keep their quiet privacy ...

Absolutely no photo shoot ...

 

This is a place not sensitive to documentation or anti ...

What a waste, I can not use my camera and DV to register the moments no matter in or out of school ...

 

Have had so many troubles with my teeth.

Now is half dentist ...

The oral health is so important, which is related to your brain, heart and blood system.

The daily correct cleaning and regular dental care are extremely important.

Still waiting for my opt card.

Today went to dinner in a popular Japanese restaurant.

Arthur knows the owner.

I asked to work over there. :P

If my mom knows, she will pass out ... :D

 

I have been following a track designed ahead for me.

From the days spent here, I am seeing so many people make a living in all kinds of way.

So much is going on out side of school.

Still remember how nervous I was when I just graduated from Tongji.

I was not perpared to face the world at all at that time.

All of a sudden everything changed.

So many tough and mean people flooded into my life ...

But now I am so happy that I am done with school.

I am learning to see both sides of life.

 

Being a waitress is a great way to know people and see different sides of the world.

Maybe later once I got enough experience, I can work as a bartender. :D

A sexy one work in cool bar in weekend :P

Two types of people know all the rock places: DJ and Bartender.

They are like 411, know everything. :P

 

Will get my realter license too.

Then I can begin to sell properties ...

The profession is all about dealing with people :D

 

So much fun.

Keep myself busy is the best way to make me happy. 

Learned a lot from driving ...

Stay calm and confidence is the most important thing.

 

I was ok.

But my "coach" was freaked out ... :D

I have to calm him down ...

"Stop yaling! You are Captain ..."

 

Took 2 hours driving school training.

Almost learned nothing.

The teacher did not allow me driving on the road at all ...

But it still deserves:

Got the driving test paper which the examiner will use.

Now I know which parts they are concerned with ...

And another thing is confidence ...

Now understand what is "confidence".

It doesnot come from what you can do and what you did.

It is an attitude ...

For example, I am freaked out by the speed of driving even just 20 m/h.

But I cannot show it.

I have to behaviour like I know what I am doing although I do not.

The point is if you donot behaviour confident from the very beginning.

The examiner will not trust you ...

He probably will interven in your driving any time which means you fail the test ...

 

My roomate is another good example.

He was a bartender.

When he began as bank producer, he had no idea about what he was doing at all.

When the client came and asked him what to do, he would say:

"You asked me what to do? You should finish your homework before you come here ..."

He was saying that so conviencing and confident that the client took it back home ...

Then he went to his boss to ask for solution ...

 

Now I understand why my classmate could be so confident

even when they were telling nothing but POS!

 

Confidence is an attitude, a good beginning, an opportunity.

Once you have the trust, you get the job ...
